The Boone County Clerk has two office locations. The Burlington office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Tuesday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The Florence office is at 8100 Ewing Blvd. and has extended hours on Thursday.

For cases filed before August 1993, you must visit the Boone County Courthouse. Staff can help you review indexes, files, and microfilm resources. These older records are not available online.
